Licensed Store Manager

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Licensed Store Manager is responsible for leading their team on the sales floor, delivering a positive customer experience, meeting sales key performance indicators (KPIs), and merchandising the store to meet brand standards. Additionally, the Store Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing their team. 


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees all sales and operational activities of the store to ensure weekly and monthly sales objectives are met.

  • Recruits, onboards, and develops qualified talent, preferably with experience in a luxury retail environment.

  • Coaches associates by providing clear, motivating and constructive performance feedback in a timely manner.

  • Accurately staffs the store to consistently delivers an exceptional customer service experience.

  • Provides recognition to associates for positive performance.

  • Meets brand standards of presentation and operations.

  • Continuously monitors the business by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans accordingly.

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate product inventory.

  • Drives participation in assigned monthly training courses.

  • Effectively manage all employee relation concerns, including time and attendance, unsatisfactory performance, and asset protection.

  • Expertly guides customers in selecting frames and lenses that are best suited for their lifestyle, wardrobe and/or prescription.

  • Demonstrates accuracy in taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear, and execution of all details

  • Ensures all prescription eyewear is accurate and completed to our brand standards 

  • Ability to move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds around the store for various needs.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for duration of shift.

  • Additional responsibilities as needed.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Holds an active state optical dispensing license 

  • Retail management experience, preferably within a luxury selling environment.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Financial acumen

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.


Pay Range: 35.22  - 60.96
