Experienced, Full-Time Optician Needed in Issaquah

Opening a brand new cold start solo doctor practice on the Eastside (Issaquah) featuring independent frame lines. No Luxottica frames and limited vision plans. Located in Gilman Village, our office will have a boutique, non-corporate charm. Target opening is March 19, 2026. 

We are looking for an experienced full-time optician who values independence and dislikes being micromanaged. We want you to be creative and value your input on frame selection and store displays, etc. The pay range varies with experience, from $45,000 to $70,000 annually, plus medical benefits. Due to the "mall" location, the landlord does require weekend hours but scheduling can be flexible once our practice grows to include additional employees.
