Optician Opportunity: Join the Eyes On Fremont Team!

We're a leading optical shop in Seattle, known for our exceptional customer service and commitment to providing unique, independent high-quality eyewear. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Optician to join our team.


As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in assisting our customers with eyewear selection, fitting, and adjustments. You'll work closely with our skilled team to ensure a positive and efficient experience for every customer.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Our #1 priority! Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to our customers, answering questions about eyewear options, lens types, and frame styles.

  • Fitting and Adjusting: Accurately measure and fit eyeglasses, ensuring optimal comfort and vision correction.

  • Technical Skills: Utilize optical equipment and tools to perform measurements, adjustments, and repairs.

  • Sales: Assist patients in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and preferences.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in an optical setting preferred.

  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with optical terminology, lens types, and frame styles a huge plus.

  • License: License not required, but helpful. Optical experience is great, however, we may be willing to train the right candidate with no prior optical experience.
