We are looking for 2 full-time (4 days/wk) opticians for our small but fast paced optometry office.

-Ability to answer phones and schedule appointments

-Willingness to assist other team members

-Ability to multi-task and remain productive throughout the day

-Must know how to pull insurance authorizations

-Exceptional communication and organizational skills

-Assist patients with eyeglass frame selections including best styles and fit

-Assist patients with the best lens options

-Eyeglass adjustments and repairs

-Eye wear ordering

-Eye wear and contact dispensing

-Contact training (preferred)

-Explain insurance benefits for hardware (co-pay and benefits)

-Inventory of frames

-Meet with frame reps

We also offer paid holidays, paid time off, sick pay and 401K.

Min 1 year Experience required

Job Type: Full-time 4 days/wk M-TH or Tues-Fri

Hours would be:

Monday: 8:30am-5:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am-5:30pm

Wednesday: 9:30am-7:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am-2:30pm

Closed Weekends

Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 /hour
